2020年12月31日，上海電氣首個自營項目——別力古臺3#風電場50MW風電項目（阿巴嘎項目）最后一臺風機完成并網，至此阿巴嘎項目17臺風機實現全容量并網。該項目由之恒新能源有限公司管理，項目團隊克服項目工期緊、氣溫低、風雪大是吊車圖片的“三座大山”，不分晝夜、盡最大努力推動項目前行，最終創出佳績。
